I have trouble drifting off to sleep and it has worked amazingly for me!
My kids asked me what it was and I told them that I spray it on my pillow each night and it helps me fall asleep.
My daughter had trouble sleeping the other night and was fighting with me about going back to sleep, so I told her to cuddle with me for a few minutes. I kid you not- within a minute, this girl was out. She woke up in the morning and the first thing she said to me was "that spray really works!" I wish I could have captured it on video because it was too perfect!
